Moravian Church -
One of the first Protestant denominations with roots going back to the
15th Century reformer John Hus, Moravians worldwide have long focused
on faithful living in community, education for all, music as an integral
part of worship, and mission and social reform in service to God's people.
CARE
-
CARE is a leading humanitarian organization fighting global poverty. They
place special focus on working alongside poor women because equipped with
the proper resources, women have the power to help whole families and
entire communities escape poverty. Women are at the heart of CARE's community-based
efforts to improve basic education, prevent the spread of HIV, increase
access to clean water and sanitation, expand economic opportunity and
protect natural resources. CARE also delivers emergency aid to survivors
of war and natural disasters, and helps people rebuild their lives.

Dreams -
It has been said that dreams are our roadmaps to the future. If so, where
are we headed? Common Dreams is a national, non-profit citizens' organization
working to bring progressive Americans together to promote the progressive
visions for America's future. Founded in 1997, Common Dreams is committed
to being on the cutting edge of using the internet as a political organizing
tool - and creating new models for internet activism.
Ecumenical News International -
Ecumenical News International (ENI) was launched in 1994 as a global news
service reporting on ecumenical developments and other news of the churches,
and giving religious perspectives on news developments world-wide. ENI
is sponsored by the World Council of Churches, the Lutheran World Federation,
the World Alliance of Reformed Churches and the Conference of European
Churches.

UNICEF

The United Nations Children's Fund started in 1946 as part of the United
Nations response to hunger in post-WWII Germany. In 1953 it became a permanent

World Vision helps transform the lives of the world's poorest children
and families in nearly 100 countries, including the United States. Their
non-profit work extends assistance to all people, regardless of their
religious beliefs, gender, race or ethnic background.
